The value for money at this secluded villa was exceptional. The room was cozy and clean, with a stunning view from the private deck. The staff treated us like royalty, ensuring our comfort and privacy throughout our stay.

Menu for breakfast could use some improvement, particularly in addressing the issue of bothersome flies during outdoor dining.

We had a truly exceptional stay at this peaceful and tranquil vineyard villa. The view from our villa was absolutely spectacular, taking us to a place of serenity and beauty. Bob Dunning, the owner and host, was outstanding in every way. He personally took care of everything, from working in the vineyards to conducting wine tastings. He even explained the villa and its amenities to us before leaving us to enjoy our stay. Bob's attention to detail and hospitality made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. The accommodations were clean and well-maintained, with a particularly nice shower. We highly recommend this villa and can't wait to go back for another visit.

We had a truly magical and relaxing stay at this charming private guest house. The stunning views of rolling hills and vineyards from the patio were breathtaking. The house was clean and comfortable, with a modern bathroom and a kitchen area. The owners were friendly and even treated us to a private wine tasting. We couldn't have asked for a better getaway. I highly recommend this hidden gem.

The value for money at this private guest villa was outstanding. The room had beautiful high ceilings and a well-equipped kitchenette and spa tub in the bathroom. The view of the vineyards was absolutely stunning to wake up to. We also enjoyed walking around the 40 acres of vineyard on the property. The owner, Bob, was incredibly accommodating and friendly throughout our stay. Even though the location was a bit secluded, we had no trouble getting Ubers for our wine country travels.

The only thing that could make breakfast items better would be a wider selection of choices.

I couldn't help but feel like I had been transported to a picturesque vineyard in Europe. The views of the surrounding mountains, valleys, and vineyards were absolutely breathtaking. The villa itself was stunning, with high ceilings and all the luxurious amenities you could ask for. Plus, the owner was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed.

The cleanliness of the suite left much to be desired. There were dust and cobwebs in various areas, and the toilet and refrigerator were not properly cleaned.

On a road trip along the PCH, we found Dunning Vineyards Guest Villa to be a refreshing alternative to standard hotels. Situated in a remote location with stunning views, it was still just a short drive from the charming town of Paso Robles, surrounded by small vineyards. Bob, the host, was incredibly accommodating, helping us with any issues and even troubleshooting the TV. The Guest Villa itself was beautifully designed and comfortable, with the added bonus of a large soaker tub and a private water supply to fill it. The selection of wine, candy, and nibbles provided was a lovely touch, and the fridge was stocked with a delicious breakfast. it was a perfect spot for a romantic getaway, complete with a Tuscany-style cottage, breathtaking starry nights, and a sense of seclusion thanks to the dirt road leading to the property. We only wish we could have stayed longer to soak it all in.

    Strongly recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed the amazing views from the patio, spent quality time in the well-appointed outdoor area, and indulged in the big tub. The host, Bob, made our check-in and check-out process seamless, and we also got to savor some terrific wines during our stay. it was a truly relaxing and memorable experience.

This hidden gem offers a private getaway with breathtaking views of mountains, valleys, and vineyards. The rustic and comfortable villa provides a relaxing atmosphere. The owner, Bob, warmly welcomes guests and provides a wine tasting experience. The villa is dog-friendly and perfect for a total chill and kick back experience. The location on the highest hilltop ensures complete privacy, with no need to draw the blinds. The guest house boasts Tuscan-style architecture, comfortable amenities, and 15-foot ceilings. The on-site vineyard produces exceptional wines, comparable to those found in Napa/Sonoma.

We felt incredibly well taken care of during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for the friendly owner, Bob.
